WELCOME
Thomas Street Bistro is a neighborhood restaurant featuring French Mediterranean home-style cooking on Seattle’s Capitol Hill. Established in 2007 and located in a century-old brick building, we evolved from a small cafe known only to neighborhood residents to a popular dinner destination. The Bistro has become well known for ‘real’ food, freshly prepared from produce bought daily at local independent markets.
Come enjoy a full course dinner including soup, appetizer, entrée, and dessert at a reasonable price, or order ala carte from the frequently updated menu. Vegetarian options are available. Sit and relax with a glass of fine wine while enjoying conversation in our intimate setting.

SILENT AUCTION

We have a painting that has been donated by David Douglas Emry at the Thomas Street Bistro. David is a well known artist and has paintings owned by Paul Allen and also has several large installations in the entryways of buildings downtown. He also has paintings in private collections in both France and in Rome.
We are holding a Silent Auction for this painting with the proceeds going to the local Food Bank. This is a great way to help out our fellow citizens here in Seattle. Most of the people who find need of the Food Banks go to them due to the downturns in the economy.
Because of the great buying power of the Food Banks money is the best way to support them. Just sixty seven (.67) cents will feed a family of three. While food donations are helpful it is the money that keeps them alive on a daily basis.
So, with that in mind come to the Bistro and take a look and place your bid in for this fine painting. Or if you are not a connoisseur of the arts then just sit down and write a check to Northwest Harvest and help find a hungry family tonight.
Bids will be open until September 18th 2010
